Of course I checked for clearances lol. I removed the springs and checked for full bump AND full droop. The driveshaft is allowed to slip in and of itself. That's why Tom woods has a shaft with a longer slip shaft for taller lifts to be able to fully droop and fully compress.

Mine might be a woods? When you were checking your clearances and bump how did those bumps line up?

The drifeshaft installed in Happy is a Tom Woods. The slip
Yolk eliminator is custom made. Sorry it sounded off.

Yeah you probably won't need limiting straps beings you only run fire roads.

Another cold one, supposed to get down to 18 tomorrow. How am I supposed to paint my new bumper if it's so cold? May have to go weld something just to get some heat flowing

I must say I'm a little confused. Why outboard your shocks. Get longer shocks. For the maximum amount of articulation in the rear. And then have to limit that with a strap…seems counterproductive no?

We fully expected YOU of all people to be confused. It's ok. We haven't forgotten about your Kolack incident when you ordered the wrong length shocks and had your tizzy fit.

We only want to limit the center of the differential. We want to stop short maybe an inch of full droop so we don't get any driveshaft binding. We're not looking to limit strap the shocks if it can be avoided.

Had to scrape ice off my jeep this morning. I like the cold. Should be like this until Tuesday.

Oh I get it now…you wanted longer shocks, out boarded shocks, and the springs corrected so that you could limit what they do. Gotcha!

I've read plenty of threads on here of out boarding shocks. That didn't need limiting straps.
