Snagged a premium soft top off craigslist... Sent from my iPhone using JeepForum
You sold your hard top, right? If you don't mind me asking, how much did you get for it? My neighbor has one for a 4 door JK he's wanting to sell. I'm also considering selling my TJ hard top. Just sits in my shed taking up space.

No problem. I sold the hard top with a storage cart, hand winch and pulleys (DIY hoist) for $1600
I've been looking to get a storage cart. Next spring I wanna take it off for the summer.
I bought my jeep last summer. This summer was our first summer topless. Unbeatable....it's a whole different feeling. That is also my first jeep jeep and I absolutely adore it. And if I would not have lung problems which force me to keep the air temp not too cold I would have kept happy topless, forever....
Man! I am lucky. Had a small drier fire. Started by lint. I luckily(!!!) went to check if my other load was ready and smelled it. Unplugged it and gas company sent a technician. The vent hose csme off.
No damage. But if it would have bown out i would now probably huddle up with my horses in the back yard....
Yeah you are. My aunt lost a house because of a dryer fire. I'm glad everything is okay. The vent hose on the inside came loose? I didn't even know that was possible.
It was never connected to be honest.....so I don't know when I bought my house how that was missed.... Damn! It was good timing and all. I immediately unplugged the thing, not knowing where the smell was coming from. I had laundry going ( my new 150 ooo$ sweater now- he saved the house- I washed by itself), and the drier. I just went into garage to check to see how the sweater is doing.....and smelled it. So then I unplugged the drier, emptied the laundry, thought about cutting off the gas, pulled happy out of the garage, had fire extinguisher ready. Then I thought I should possibly disconnect the drier, and put it outside the garage. That's when the gas company came in handy...so I called them and they sent a technician...
I did not wanted to call my fire station, it was in the middle of the night and the guys were run raggedy anyways.....so, gasman showed me the lint ball, size of a quarter....anyways...I am not comfy using a drier anymore... I guess it's gonna take a while till my laundry will dry in wintertime...lol
