I put my softtop on this last weekend. I feel like a wimp. Wanted to keep roof off all winter but i think for my lungs i had to make it lil warmer...

Made just awesome juice:

Freshly grind about thumbsize piece of pealed ginger, add juice from 2 limes, add about 1.5 Tablespoons honey. Mix. Spoon down. Helps with sour throat

You can cook it like you would a roast in a crock pot. In time it will make it real tender, and practically fall apart. Still great eating. If you don't have a crock put it in a roast bag with some potatoes, carrots and celery. Whatever brisket you don't eat ad to some good can chili. Or roll it up in some burritos.
