You know I bought a set of front Pro-Comp springs, after I bent one at Barrett Lake, back in '07. I didn't have a lot of money to spend back then. I still have them, and I'm still quite happy with them.

looks interesting, what i need to find is a ancient river bed. where i live there are lots of mines , but im not a fan of climbing into them. and the gold is in the quartz. you have to crush the quartz to get the gold out. the miners use to use big stamp mills and them use mercury to recover the gold. then i think they used cyanide to remove the mercury , thats not in my list of things to do.

Sounds expensive to mine like that, think I would rather do gold mining like this...

no matter how you slice it... gold panning can be hard work...
Iv'e always been fascinated with gold mines tho... but yeah, some abondoned ones can be very dangerous.
there's one not too far from here, up in the foothills I've been to/in a few times... cool stuff!
