now thats 'Merican!!!!!
so i have been hearing a weird sound right under my seat. it sounds like either a control arm is going back and forth, or my driveshaft is acting up. It just started today, and it clunks after i make a turn. so lets say i turn right, it clunks then doesnt make a sound until i turn left... its kind like something is popping in and out of place.. Any ideas??? and then when i let off the gas my driveshaft kinda clunks and when i get on the gas it clunks

because if your t bar wasn't alligned correctly and it has been wiggling back and forth ever so slightly it might have just now got to the point where its making a noise....My tracking bar on my jeep didn't make any noise until one day wheeling all of a sudden it started making a popping noise once I removed it it went away.

a pic is worth a ........
i take the cover off to work the handle. you want to watch the spool anyway to keep from messing up the cable and binding it on the housing

that answered everything. My question wasnt if you left it on while wenching...My question was would it fit over the winch with the cable going through the fair lead and your picture tells me yes

Yeah he will go ...but when he gets stuck.
Just remind him about winches and "REAL MEN" then drive off after giving him the number for AAA
