Need a front driveshaft in the Central Valley

Hey guys. My quadradrive WJ has a bad front driveshaft, and I'm looking for a replacement without any luck. I'm definitely on a budget, so a used one would be great. Any ideas? I'm near Modesto, in the Central Valley.

Thanks!

What's wrong with it? Ujoints? Slip yoke? Bent? You can always call Ken at Valley Balancing in Ceres at (209) 538-8956. He squared away my driveshaft and he can do yours too. It's probably cheaper to repair than replace.

Oh good idea. I've spoken with Ken before actually. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, just a lot of extra noise and vibration while driving. Took it out and it solved the problem.
You're pretty close to me, I live in Salida. I head into Ripon to go to Barnwood Arms pretty often.

I would take it down there and have it looked at because its possible the slip joint may be out or the ujoints could just chatter or maybe it lost the balancing weights.

Let me know if you feel like heading up the hill for some snow 'sploring this weekend.

Actually a buddy of mine found one in Sacramento and picked it up for me. Cost $130, but better than the price of one from Chrysler

Good for you! If it ends up costing too much to fix, I'll take it for $50. I need one shortened to make a spare rear driveshaft.

I'd like to take it in, but doubt I'll have time anytime soon, so if you want it, it's yours for $50.
Just let me install the new one and make sure it isn't making any worse noise than the old one did
You can pick it up as early as this weekend if you want.
