Try Carnegie. Its not private property as opposed to everything else in those hills.

Right behind Delta College in Mtn. House.

Also in the River Club in the outskirts of Tracy has some mild wheeling but you need to know someone in there o let you in.

Haven't been to Carnegie just yet. I didn't even know then had a 4x4 area, thought it was all dirt bikes/quads

I live literally 2 mins from delta and I've never seen anything that looks "legal" to wheel.

I haven't been either, not many people around this area, met a few guys with lifted Chevys but turn out its for looks, they were all 2wd.

Well regarding Delta there weren't any signs that said it was "illegal" haha.

I hear there is a club based out of Modesto I've been meaning to check out. Think they go by Locked and Loaded 4x4

Ill def be doing that as soon as I get my XJ lifted to somewat keep up with folks

I'm about 30 mins from either lol but I'm always down to wheel.
