Theres a new club called Locked and Loaded in Modesto area and I know there are a few others as well.

Lots of trails east of Fresno. I went a few months back with a group, Central Valley Jeeps. A few jeepers were from Fresno some from handford/Lemoore area. We went up to Bald Mtn. Great bunch of guys to wheel with.
