God willing, I'm in. As a relatively newly adopted Californian, I've been buggin' to get out there and see some sights in the TJ, although admittedly, a weekend would work best for me.

Edit: To clarify, any weekend would work for moi.

Looks like I'll be the one with the long haul this time. Saturday the 19th sounds good to me! May spend the night in Tahoe or Pollock Pines.

If you are going to spend the night look in Placerville or Auburn. Georgetown is in the middle of these to areas.

Departure time - 9AM, Meet up at Georgetown Market between 830 and 9AM.
Location: Georgetown Market., one block east of the Main St./Wentworth Springs Rd. intersection with Hwy 193

This will be a "go as far as we can get and then turn around" type of run. Everyone is welcome, but I do suggest you bring a recovery strap and have both front and rear recovery points as there will probably be lots of recovering going on. Bring a lunch and snacks + water. You can purchase sandwiches at the market for your lunch as well
