If it's any consolation the members of the jeep club in sac bought them up. Honestly I was not aware everyone still wanted those things.
I see them all the time for sale around Santa Rosa. I do a lot of flea markets and garage sales. Put your order in and I'll see what I can turn up.

Dana 44 or 60 front and rear axles for a JKU with 4.56 gears... that is all I want for my order.

Can't help you with the D44 but I might know of a D60 or D70 out of a dodge diesel truck.
