Casey.... it looks great. Looks like you are ready for the 22nd. Do you leave the top on your Jeep all year>

I just picked up the Jeep trailer today from having the top sprayed with the bed liner. It didn't have a top when I got the trailer.

I just bought those Jerry can mounts that you see on the Jeep trailer and you can bolt them to anything.

It's very rare that I don't have one of the two tops on it. I ride my harley 90% of the time, so if I'm driving the jeep on the road, it's usually because I need something with a roof. When I'm out on the trail I usually keep the top on because I like my AC and hate dust.

Your trailer is making me jealous! I want to build one out of aluminum and set it up as the ultimate camping rig.

Next month we are going to pack it up and start out at Hwy 20 in Upper Lake and go through the National Forests, camping and fishing along the way and come out up on Hwy 299 by Willow Creek.

There is a lot of country up there. I had to get 3 different National Forest Service maps just to cover the areas we are going to be going through.

A few weeks ago I got a 40 page atlas of the whole national forest for just such a reason! The next few mods I have planned all have to do with longer over night trips.

That's why I have been working on the trailer and have made two racks. One on top of the Jeep and one on top of the box in the back of the Jeep. Plus when we built the top for the Jeep trailer, we made that nice and strong and the built the rail around it so we could put stuff on the top and tie it down. I'm make some straps for it right now.
