Jeep Beach West: Sat July 26 - Sun July 27, Pismo Beach, Ca

Hi Jeepers,

I am putting together the first annual Jeep Beach West. This first year will likely start small, but hope we can grow. The one in Daytona Beach had over 600 Jeeps! Please check out the details, spread the word and register for free at http://www.jeepbeachwest.com/

Weekend bump. We have about 25 registered jeeps, but hoping to get closer to 50 by the event. The events are nailed down- saturday wheeling, show n shine, happy hour/ dinner, sunday- jeep parade, wheeling / dune race, with hard core 4x4 sponsoring winners of the events. http://www.jeepbeachwest.com/events-calendar/ Just ordered some nice stickers too for registrants packet.

We have been making plans to be there. Coming in on Thursday, do we need to make reservations to camp on the beach? I researched on here and some say you do.

Yes. Look at the FAQ on jeepbeachwest. The trick is to search for Oceano dunes on reserveamerica not pismo beach. Pay $10 each for the number of nights. There are no assigned spots. I am camping fri and Saturday. We should get a group together.

Should see if you can do a link to the camp fee section and then they can tally your group....also make a designated spot near the water line so people in and out of the dunes get a eye full of sick jeeps....run spots parallel to ocean.....

Sometimes you have to trick the wife to Jeep. Mine refuses to go with me. Have you camped at Oceano dunes before? As an update we have 55 jeeps registered to date.
