Guy selling parts on craigslist

Hey guys I'm up here in Fresno and came across a guy selling jeep parts out of Rosemond (Palmdale area) and claims he has parted out 60 or so jeeps in the last few years. I'll try and find the link to his ad on craigslist later I'm on my phone right now. But I'm just wondering if any of you have done business with him, he has a part that I need but I want to make sure he is legit and it's not a scam before I send money. Thank all.

His name is Tommy, and has been around for quite a while.
Sorry, No first hand experience with him.
He buys cheap parts/project Jeeps and parts them out.

Seems to be legit from what I hear, just kind of sounded weird when he quoted me $20 to ship a bellhousing
