CO2 Tank Refills

Anyone have a recommendation for a place to get my CO2 tank refilled in the Sacramento/Roseville area?

I went to Harris Industrial Gases, and paid $30 for a refill on my 10# tank. I thought it would be cheaper, but if that is the going rate, oh well. At least they are right around the corner from my house.

I always get mine done at Airgas and it's about $15 or so for a 5lb., so I'd say that's about right.
