Cleghorn

Going to cleghorn for the first time tomorrow around 11am! I will be entering the trail from I-15 so if anyone else wants to go wheeling in southern cali just let me know!

have fun. i wanted to head out there this weekend but i have to work now.. joy. get some pics. it should be kind of muddy too, might make it interesting. i've never done that trail when its muddy.

Well I am putting on new leaf springs in two weeks then I will be on vacation for a week or so but I know that a couple of us plan on heading out there early April! I'll keep you posted!

Take the 15 N. past the 210fwy and before wrightwood the road Cleghorn will come out , I believe this is the way also i dont have GPS so Maps ,youtube or thomas guide. Not sure of the trail head from the Fwy. Some guys from MJR are heading up there at 6:30pm meet time right off the exit cleghorn.

You hit it on the nose. Going north there is an off ramp for it. If you want to go a little farther, get off on Wrightwood off-ramp and head to the Pinnacle Staging area (Think I misspelled it). From there you cruise around behind Lake Arrowhead. Mostly easy to moderate trails and you can make a half day run if your close.
