Bay Area paint shop rec? Bed liner shop rec?

Can anyone recommend a good, cheap paint shop in the Bay Area? I'm in SF and found a great shop here, but they were honest enough to tell me that I can save a lot if I get the job done in Oakland.

Also, I'm thinking about getting some kind of bed liner installed. Any recommendations for that around here? I would do Monstaliner myself, but I live in an apartment and we aren't supposed to do anything like that in our lot.

Thanks!

Can you tell us what you are getting painted? Is it the whole jeep or just a body panel? There are shops that do those one stage paints for $400-$700. For that cheap expect orange peel look, overspray, never power wash it or say bye bye, and 3yrs max before it starts to flake and fade. I wouldn't go cheap on paint no matter what I'm painting.
To give you an idea, two of the body shops we use here (certified and used by dealerships in our area) will paint a hood somewhere in the $350-$450 range. Not saying you should go with the best but just figure out what you want the final product to look and how long it will last.
