Calling all Jeepoholics!
Instead of driving hours to Calico or Big Bear, weíre keeping it local in Hungry Valley this time. For those of you who donít know, Hungry Valley is trail riding. Thereís no rock crawling, no lockers required. Good place to get a feel for your Jeep b/c there is a practice area as well. Pronghorn, Vics Cat, Sterling and Quails Pass are probably my favorite trails out there..itís really mild compared to Calico or BB but itís still fun..I usually always see a lot of deer, bunnies and squirrels.
Weíre going to be camped at Circle Canyon campground. It has the best views and itís away from the main drag. Itís my favorite place to camp when Iím there. Plenty of room for RVís and there is picnic tables and bathrooms; no showers. $5 or $10 to camp a night (I don't remember). Military is free.
I will be out there Friday around 4pm April 20th. Iím a white TJ, American flag flying driver, My Jeep Rocks windshield banner. Some of my other friends will be there a little later Friday.
If you plan on camping with us, we ask that everyone brings some wood. Itís chilly at night. (And the Honey Jack is always welcomed )
Ch 4 CB.
Itís going to be a chill weekend with good friends.. and hopefully new ones.
