Navy son needs help in Pearl Harbor

Hi everyone looking for someone for help or advice in Honolulu .My name is Mark and living and Jeepin in SoCAl .I got that dreaded call today from my 20 yr old son stationed at Pearl Harbor. I could hear it in his voice that something was wrong then he told me my jeep is done I figured it got wrecked but he proceeded to tell me the engine blew I guess I'm lucky that's all it was and nothing much worse. I feel helpless being thousands of miles away since if he was here it would be a lets get it done type of thing. Is there anyone in Hawaii with a spare engine or able to help him replace his he found a used one with 100,000 miles on it if that helps I'm sure would be able to compensate you . Here is the good thing I will be arriving in Hawaii on Tues the 7th for vacation and to visit him. I guess If we had a place and some tools we could knock it out . Or does anyone know a good reasonable mechanic that could just do it he got a quote of 800.00 Seems a bit high but I wouldn't know I do all my own work. Pm Me if you can help in any way Thanks Mark
