Any Pocatello Jeepers?

Hey guys, I'm new to pocatello, I've been here for 8 months now and I have some questions!

Where are some good spots to go wheeling?

Where is the best 4x4 garage? I care about honest work, quality work.

Where is a good place to find parts? I'm looking for some used parts, leaf springs, tires, sway bar, trak bar.

Thanks!

Have you ever gone up City Creek, there's a bunch of random trails. I have not gone on all seeing on how once you go down one it'll sometimes branch off and make you want to explore even more. Haven't been there in a while seeing on how the last time I went my 4wd was destroyed. If you ever get curious about going up take Center St into Old Town and follow that all the way until you hit Lincoln and make a left. Then follow Lincoln until you hit City Creek Rd, then follow that until you see a gravel road and enjoy. As for your other questions not really sure. It's also a great way to see Poky and it's even better to go up at night.

Just remembered another spot if you're brave enough that is. You could always go down Chinese Peak it's pretty scary the first time but after that it gets easier. My friend and I don't have enough guts to go up we usually go about half way up and chicken out. If you do decide to go up just be careful it's really steep on both sides and once you start rolling there's no stopping not to discourage you any.

Hey! Older thread but ill chime in. Just got the jeep recently but have been in the Pocatello area for several years. I went up china peak ridge the other day in my stock yj, somewhat challenging, wished I had disconnected the sway and track bars first. There's really a ton of options for stuff to do. Black rock, trail creek, scout mountain, etc. let me know if you want some details.
