I'm new to the forum but some one linked this from another forum. I'll be up there Sunday with a friend of mine we where going to run a short power line to Univ fire power (recently extended), fire break 5, rocky uphill then onto archers if we can get that far before we run out of time. I have the area mapped on my GPS so not too much wandering. They extended univ fire power all the way to cedar tree so you can run 3hrs of trails with only about 200 yards of gravel roads total in between but cedar tree is kinda ho-hum.
Hey everyone sorry I spent all day traveling yesterday, but finally made it back to Oregon. I'm stoked for this tomorrow should be a good turnout. I don't have a map at my house and havent been since January so i don't know how much the trails have changed. And where ever most everyone is in the parking lot. Probably safe to assume any lifted jeep there is running with us. Sorry for the lack of details I just flew in from Texas last night. But I'll see y'all in the morning
Sounded like we would meet up on the chevron/jack in the box side at Freddie's. One of the guys was talking about meeting up with the group at Rogers camp. He was talking about camping up there tonight. Maybe tell him like 8:30ish at Rogers?
You can always stop at the Shell in Gales Creek and get a new map too.
Fun run today. Just enough rain the last couple days to keep the dust down.
