They are doing another one Sept 11th. It is at the sports park in White City, which is just outside of Medford. The first one was fun, and had a great turn out.

Just look up hoover ponds white city Oregon in google maps. it is at the corner of lakeview drive and hwy 140 in white city. that puddle in the picture is actually not very deep but there are some areas that water will come in your doors if you attempt them. Technically you are supposed to pay a fey for the key. In recent years I think it has been bumped up to 15 bucks a year for the key. However, at a big event with that many people at the ponds I wouldn't worry about it. The gate is usually open most weekends anyways.

Crap! I missed both, is there going to be another soon? Ive sunk my yota there when i had it a long time ago (22re motor blew 2 months later). Haha Or is there any other get togethers here in the rogue valley, like Johns peak, Anderson butte, Wagner. I've heard there's some 4x4 spots in rogue river too. Winter snow and mud is almost here!

Some of the best 4x4 spots I've ever been to are up Elk Creek. Course, half of em have been shut down and gated off. This was the last time I went to the ponds.
Edit: The ponds are the local term for the white city sports park that the rock crawl was at. It's a fairly large area, much bigger than the little valley with the rock piles.

If women can have a closet full of shoes, I can have a safe full of guns.
