He has a cool old Land Rover. He's a big motorsports fan. Racing, wheeling, quads, etc. They own Fast Specialties performance shop here in Vancouver too, along with Pro Caliber Motorsports. Just about anything that goes.

Hey, do you folks think I should charge $5.00 to register to be eligible for prizes, awards, and giveaways? I don't want the money for our company, but I'm thinking since we're going to be offering a decent amount of free stuff, decals, BBQ, etc, it would be ok to ask for a $5.00 donation towards the Yacolt Burn Trails.

Thoughts?

ps. Anyone would be able to attend for free, this would just enter their rigs and get them in the main area for judging and that kind of thing. We'll still let everyone enter to win some items, but maybe we'll do a few specific drawings for people who register and donate the five bones.

Brian,

The guys that came to our car wash from this forum all donated considerably more than just the $5 donation we asked, like $20 more !! (Thanks again, guys) I imagine you could expect the same, especially since the money is going to help us ALL!

Signing up.. Although I'm not sure in what category I belong. I'm more in the stock category but with lift/tires I would say MILDLY Modified would be a good option :P

No worries. It's not that important a category anyway. Just wanting to get an idea of what kinds of rigs are going to show. Thanks for being #1 to sign up!

YEAH!! That's right... #1
Some of the guys in the club might/might not show up. I know at LEAST 1 who isn't street legal with close to 10" of lift and 44" boggers.

That's what the slow lane is for...

We've got a good number of locals who are going to attend so we've got a pretty good turnout slated already. You're the first "official" sign up on the registration form though. Gonna have to get you a little #1 decal for your rig or something.
