Scratch that. I looked on the PW site. Just noticed it is here on JF. I'll check my schedule and let you know. Thanks!

I would love to, but I'll be unavailable for a few months during that time.

Keep the info coming...August 8 is wide open for me. Would love to attend from the Rogue Valley area (Medford). I used to live in Battleground years ago and have a good idea where your at.

Nice! Just confirmed Bushwacker will be on site!

They'll be bringing a few rigs and tossing some gear (maybe tshirts, decals, and maybe some flares to include in the drawing or auction or whatever we do to benefit the Yacolt Burn Trail project) into the mix.

This is going to be big! Keep your calendar open!

Sounds awesome. I'll let the guys down here know. I'm sure they'd like to take their Jeeps up but the mileage will suck LOL

Stay tuned. I think with the direction this is going, it will be worth the drive. We've got some other things working.

I just realized that that is my anniversary, I can just see me telling the wife I have the perfect thing planned. Still hoping to make it but that makes it a little tougher.

Brian,

Can you send me a poster of some kind that I can display before school lets out for the summer? I know that a lot of my students will want to go, but may forget about it. I'll also link to the site from ours.

We'll have the poster done up soon. We're just getting all the info on the companies getting involved designed into it right now. There are a few companies that will probably jump in over the next couple months, but I can always update at that time.

It is going to be from 10:00am until 3:00pm.

Hey, do you folks think I should charge $5.00 to register to be eligible for prizes, awards, and giveaways? I don't want the money for our company, but I'm thinking since we're going to be offering a decent amount of free stuff, decals, BBQ, etc, it would be ok to ask for a $5.00 donation towards the Yacolt Burn Trails.

Thoughts?

ps. Anyone would be able to attend for free, this would just enter their rigs and get them in the main area for judging and that kind of thing. We'll still let everyone enter to win some items, but maybe we'll do a few specific drawings for people who register and donate the five bones.
