Headed to browns camp - OHV permit?

Headed out to Browns Camp from Vancouver, WA this morning, realized I need an Oregon OHV permit.. Anybody have a recommendation of where I can pick one up on Labor Day, at 9 am, that isn't too far out of the way?

Normally you would stop by Forest Grove Honda and pick one up there but with the holiday weekend, I doubt they are open.

I can't remember which one but one of the closest gas stations carry them. lol, should have posted last night, I would have went out this morning.

The shell station on the way has them.
It is about 10 miles away from browns camp exit on highway 6

Wound up finding them at a whole sale sports that was a ways out of the way, that shell wouldve been alot more convenient..
