Headed to browns camp - OHV permit?

Headed out to Browns Camp from Vancouver, WA this morning, realized I need an Oregon OHV permit.. Anybody have a recommendation of where I can pick one up on Labor Day, at 9 am, that isn't too far out of the way?

Thanks in advance!

Normally you would stop by Forest Grove Honda and pick one up there but with the holiday weekend, I doubt they are open.
