Hey all, I'm in Monmouth (near Salem) and I'd be game to meet up for a run. I'm running a fairly stock YJ(31"s, open diffs), and I don't do anything too extreme but I'd love to run some trails. I have a winch as well.

I have a couple buddies with Jeeps, too. One has a CJ7(tricked out with a Currie 9" and lockers), and another has an XJ with 31"s.

PM me if you're interested and I can give you my phone #.

Sounds good on the 24th, Hopefully the work on my jeep is done by then. We can meet up at the gas station in Banks oregon right next to hwy 6. Might have to stop and get another map. I know most of the trails, still a few i havent been on due to my jeep only haveing 31's and open diffs last time i was up there. There are some fun trails for even people running stock suspension and stock tires.

hell yeah, we need to get like 10-15 rigs to go that would be so awesome to see that many jeeps heading down the road at once.

Cool. Hopefully my buddy with the CJ will be home from working in Peru. He also has a hacked up XJ beater he might bring.

So it's sounding like the 24th? Meet at Banks Chevron?
Hopefully I'll be ready by then.

Here's a link to the Trail Maps for Tillamook State Forest.
Oregon Department of Forestry Off-Highway Vehicle Trail Map
(I'd suggest Right-Click and Save Link As...)

Cedar Tree (13) is pretty easy. Any stock rig can do it.
Firebreak Five (14) is another fun one but quite a bit tougher.
And Archers Firebreak (28) is long with lots of varying difficulty of trails.

Will have to do Cedar Tree for pictures, then Firebreak Five for a warm up (i did it stock suspension and street tires). Can go down Airplane Hill stock as well, depending on the condition this year. Rocky Uphill might not be to bad.
