Who's getting their jeeps all ready for the fall/winter wheeling season?

decided to throw the top and doors back on it, since they have been off since march, and the drives home from work at 6am have been getting cold! Who else?
Oh and I touched my paint up since the weather has been nice.

I took my bikini top off and put my hard top back on about a week ago. The drives at 4am to work were getting pretty chilly. I'm new to the jeep thing so I'm still just in the beginnings of Jeep Life... Its an awesome life !!!

Good, I am not the only one then. lol, I had to do it this weekend because of the holiday. I work 60-80 hour weeks usually, and I know the weather is about to turn.

Hard top and doors just went back on. Along with an oil change, transmission fluid change, T-case fluid change, SYE seal replaced, Novak cable shifter, and a set of Superior shafts for the rear.

Yeah, in aboutta month we'll do all our fluids and make ready for winter. I'm hoping I can decide on whether or not to get that 8.8 from ECGS though LOL

Agreed!! Traded in my '66 Wagoneer for a 2000 TJ Wrangler. I'm gonna miss the 33s when winter comes. Our summer wasn't as great as I needed to break this Jeep in for 4X4 (or should I say me in?? LOL!) The TJ is high than the 66, and short in the butt too. The tight turns were cool! And the suspension is awesome on the backroads when we berrypicked this year. So far SOOOO IMPRESSED!

The other day when it was raining out lightly I saw someones TJ in Vancouver, WA... They were driving down fourth plain blvd with a blue tarp zip tied to the top.

Sadly I had no camera with me.

painted the hardtop then put it on for the season, and also put the doors on. Stuck the bakini top in the rafters of the garage. It is a sad day.
