Cool Whidbey Island, WA

To anyone who is interested, I have yet to find a local jeep/wheel'n club here on Whidbey Island if anyone knows of one please let me know! Or if anyone is interested we could make the very first one. Post thoughts if you are interested!

Thanks!

Here are a few resources:

Washington Virtual Jeep Club
I think a number of people on the forum here are signed up on it.

Pacific Northwest 4 Wheel Drive Association (PNW4WDA)
A more formal organization and one that has been around for decade and has a number of local clubs as part of the organization. On the PNW's website you can find clubs in your area. Though I think the closest to you is Snohomish.

Alternatively, you can start your own club if you want a more local group for Whidbey Island.

I recognize that YJ, hey neighbor! Unfortunately there isn't one on the island (amazing with all the Jeeps up here).

Best that I can recommend are:

and

The two that are parked about 200 feet up the hill? Yep that's me. Swing on up whenever you get the chance to BS, #2111D . There are 2 pretty cool TJ owners up the street too.

Let me know if you want a hand with the XJ. Try to get out wheeling at least once every couple of months. Between work, duty, wife, kids, and upgrade funds, it limits us more than we would like. Kids and I are heading up to Evans Creek 11-13 September for the PNWJeep Meet and Greet.

awesome.

This weekend a friend of mine and his wife, plus my wife and I are going up to walker valley if you would want to come along. I think we have some more people coming as well. We're meeting at 8am at the Velero station before deception pass and we will probably be back around 4. If you're interested let me know.

We are going to start a Whidbey Off Road club, I already have a logo made up and am currently looking for a place that will print stickers for relatively cheep. Hopefully we can get some made here in the next couple of weeks.

Let me know if you wanna join us this weekend.

Very cool, Fungus!

That site design looks familiar. Hm, where might I have seen a similar output?

I'm just pulling your leg, I used the same program to start building my new site and I'm finding it very cool.

BTW, did you do the logo design on the welcome page? Looks very well done.
