Hey, did you want to do this Saturday or Sunday? I was hoping that the Tree Run would be on Saturday so then I (we) could ride to the bike show on Sunday. I wanna do both.

Well.... unable to make this run. Went out the last two weekends and now the boss says I have to put up the X-mas lights. Maybe up for a run on the 8th by 410 greenwater area? Does anyone know a good place to go up there?

We;ll it sounds like Chinook Pass is gonna close for the season. I want to go Saturday and show on Sunday, but bike ride is looking bad as they're saying rain this weekend and maybe snow tonight! Arg! If it snows as much as they say, you can forget about wheeling above Greenwater. Pyro, I have a DRZ400S and a Bandit 1200S

Don't give up hope yet! It's supposed to be a temporary closure!

Well I know that some clubs go up there for snow runs, mainly on the FS roads Just don't know where, which is good enough when the snow gets deep.

Ok folks, Sunday it is, we are gonna tag with some NW Wheelers forum folks who'll lead us to the path of rightousness, I mean trees. Time and place to meet TBD. Prob around here hwy 7 and 224th st Spanaway in the morn.
Pollo, I'm going to the bike show Friday from Mcchord on the bike as it's supposed to snow Sat and Sunday. It doesn't open until 4pm, so I'm hoping to leave at 3pm.
Pyro, mine's an S. Me and about 10 people I know ride them. We make them more trail worthy with knobbies, guards etc. Until I got the Jeep, I rode 3000 miles of trail a year on it. Only 2000 this year.

I think when I get back from my upcoming deployment I'll buy a dual sport bike, but for now I'll stick with my cruiser.

As for tomorrow I can't go, I have to work with my Funeral Detail Honor Guard, I'll be responsible for several Honor Guards next month.
