Tahuya State Forest 4x4 loop trail

Im looking to go on my first 4wd outing, need some one to come with me. Looks like a fun trip for another newby or two.

That sounds fun. You think a completly stock XJ with lame-o street tires can do it?

I'm from way down in Vancouver. I drove up for a meet-n-greet last Sunday but I'm debating if I should drive up again so soon to do some wheeling.
I know that if it were next weekend I would most likely go. I've really wanted to go off roading for a while now but there appears not be very many people down here and I can't seem to find any trails.

I actually just went today and did half the trail. I was alone and did not want to push it. From what I saw there is usually a bypass around the hard stuff. I only used 4 Lo twice because it is pretty wet on a couple of hills.

I'd love to get a group out there. PM me and we can set a date!!

Well, I have been thinking, and I really want to go on another 4wd trip, and I have been thinking about taking my K5 and the Jeep down to Tahuya, but I dont want to scrape up my pretty truck.....
