I found a local guy his business is called Stainless Brain Fabrication. Im really impressed with his work and he had my tire carrier done in 1 day and less cost than original estimate. Here is a cell phone pic. There is also a nice tab welded on the back drilled and ready for my cb antenna. I picked it up tonight and drove straight to my Powder Coater. Its getting MediaBlasted and Powdercoated over the weekend. More pics to come on that. Also I really like his work It looks like im going to have him make me some tube fenders and likely a roll cage.

The quality of work was very nice. Unfortunately there was one deadly mistake. The worse part I didnt even realize it until after I already had it powder coated. The right Jerry can holder hangs over the end of the tire carrier so it hits the tub when you open it. I had no choice but to cut it off :-( I cant fully blame him for that as I only took him the carrier and not the whole jeep but it seems like a pretty obvious thing. Ill post some pics of it tommorow installed.

Nice. When I come up with some cash, I'd like to get something like that fabbed up to mount to my rear bumper.

Too bad that it was powder coated first. Nice addition to the Warn bumper/tire carrier.
