The Jeep wave. (Spokane)

I'm from Spokane. tons of Jeeps here. i'm always keeping an eye out for Jeeps, always have. now that i have one, i wave at every Jeep i pass, unless they are a few lanes over. thing is, 8 times out of ten, i don't get a wave back. why is that? is it because my Jeep is mostly stock? or do other jeepers simply not see me?

it's awkward as hell, waving and not getting a wave back. People in Spokane need to wave more.

maybe it's just me.

I hear ya. We all know to do the wave. Don't own one if you are not going to participate.

i agree 100% people don't get Jeeps because it's all they could get, they get them because they love them.

i think i found the trick. Mud. yesterday i went wheeling in some seriously deep water. my jeep was completely covered in mud, and i had the top down so even my seats and dash were muddy. i waved at three Jeeps today, and all three waved back.

well, at least i'm not alone. i'm sure everyone that uses this forum will wave, but the people that don't, it's hit or miss. mostly miss, sadly.
