Evans Creek Pass or no Pass

Hello everyone, I am unclear whether you need a forest service pass (or whatever it's called) to run the trails at Evans Creek or if that's only if you're using the parking lot. I've heard it both ways that you do or don't need one. Any answers would be awesome,

thanks

Yes you need the national forest pass but you do not need the discovery pass.
