Basically from Belfair (Highway 3) you will turn right on NE Clifton Ln, Stay on that road until you hit NE Belfair Tahuya Rd. Then you will hit NE Elfendahl Pass Rd, stay on that road and then you will see the entrance to the trails. You can't miss it, but if you go past Goat Ranch Rd, you've gone too far.
The trails out there are fun, and pretty easy. if you ever go hit me up, I need some buddies to go wheelin with.

I actually don't know. I just know that it is a state forest. I might try and meet up if I have the time.
