I'm off Thursday Friday Saturday every week. During the Summer we go camping literally every free weekend we have.

I get different days off, but if I know I need a certain day off at least two weeks in advance I can usually get it.

I just spoke with some friends from work. We're planning a trip to Walker Valley this Saturday. If anyone is interested in going, we're going to meet at Sehome Diner for breakfast at 8:00 and be out at the trailhead at 10:00.

Dave I think you and I are in the same industry. I haven't got the details from bob yet but that sounds good to me.

If you guys don't mind a minivan tagging along, I'd like to head up and see what Walker is all about.

LOL, that's funny! Yeah, I spoke with Bob this morning and he's on board with the plan.

Sure, but you'll only be able to drive on Peter Burns Road/Walker Valley Mainline. On this map it's the black road running north/south on the left side on this map: http://www.dnr.wa.gov/Publications/e...er_12_full.pdf

Actually, you'll probably be able to make it up to the rock pit, too.

Sweet looks like we got ourselves a convoy. And I'm putting my winch on tomorrow and getting it set up so we should be good to go.

So does Walker require a Discover Pass or a NW Forest pass?
