storage advice

I am looking into the idea of storing a 2004 TJ with manual tran in Kenai area next year. It will stay in a heated storage unit with battery disconnected until summer ( July & August ) each year. I understand the need for stabilizer in fuel, but are there any other pitfalls that I am not considering? I can put vehicle on blocks to take pressure off tires. Just thinking out loud before I do something stupid and any help would be appreciated.
