Gears installed

Hey alaska my son is up there in the USAF he need a qualified installer that's not out to rip him off. He is in eagle river just outside anchorage he called a shop and they told him 1600.00$ for the rear and 1800.00$ for the front he supply all parts I just did it done here in the lower 48 for 1200.00$ for both.

Who did he call, I'm moving there in a few months and will be getting gears in a year or two. I would either research it, buy the tools and do it myself with help or hold off a few years, those prices are crazy. Try http://www.alaska4x4network.com and see if one of the locals can help.

For those kind of prices with needing to supply the parts. He could just buy fully built manufactured axles (g2).
