Yj 1994 Jeep wrangler keeps blowing heater fAN fuse

I have a 1994 jeep wrangler and it has been siting for a year. I put a new battery in it and it fired right up . Noticed heater was not working, It had before . The fuse was blown and as soon as i replaced it and turned ignition back on it blew again. I disconnected the fan heater control switch and the blower motor and it still blows the fuses. At a loss right now . The wiring appears to be in really good shape. Any help would be appreciated. jeeper9180@yahoo.com
