Air, impact gun, thread lock, torque wrench, pry bar or hammer works on them

Getting the yokes off is the easy part. Getting them back on is a little more involved. The transfer case side isn't too bad; just use a torque wrench to set it to 90-130 ft/lbs. The axle side is a bit more involved, and doing it wrong can wreck the diff.

I know the transfer case doesn't look bad just that one bolt on the front from what I can see but the axle side do I have to remove the differentials in order to take the time out ?

either drain the transfer case or be ready to have fluid all over you during the process. The front axle yoke comes off easy enough, when you install the new one and nut, be sure to torque it to the same amount the old one was. If you over torque it, you will further compress the crush sleeve and cause pinion bearing problems, not enough torque will also cause you problems.

You might want to get a new crush sleeve and pinion seal. Do you own a torque wrench?

If that's a question, no. And were talking about one differential.
