WJ. tyre size question

gidday guys

i own a 2001 grand Cherokee limited WJ limited 4.7ltr V8, quadra trac2.
it has:
- 4inch IRO lift
- JKS quick disconnects
- adjustable front upper control arms
- front lower fixed arms
- rear lower adjustable
- A-Arm spacer
- transfer case drop
- stock front and rear drive shafts
- 265/70/16 (31") tyres, rims have roughly 4 inch

i am wanting to go 33's (285/75r16)....
Is there going to be a problem with:
- gearing in the transmission
- diffs
- engine strain
- ect...

or anything else i need to know

i am really lacking diff clearance and i hate the low hung transfer case, but not sure what to do there.......
