It was a lot of fun to build. It took about 2 months start to finish. Its flex # on a ramp is over 1000. Darn good for a Jeep with an overall height less 6'7" (i.e. fits in a standard garage door opening which is 6'8"-6'9" high.

[QUOTE=Hlude1;17982642]What size lift ^. Like the set up[/QUOT

I have had this Jeep for 8 years and this last year I hit a deer. Messed up the front pretty good. So, on went an ARB bumper with a wench. But the stock springs couldn't hold it up so the project began.

Rough Country long arm kit.
6.5" springs from IRO
Drop track bracket IRO
2" spacer for the y-link
Very Long travel shocks (Pro-Comp)
Bushwacker Cutout
Protofab rear bumper
40" light bar
New intake That made room for the 98 washer res. (Its a WJ thing)
4.5" backspaced wheels
Sliders from JCR
4.56 gears

I know I am forgetting something but that's the most of it.

I have been looking at bumpers, how do you like the arb. Little afraid of how far it sticks out. Like the wheel choice, I have the same ones

Not in love with the ARB but it is the only one I can have if I want to use it as a search and rescue. I need to maintain airbag and crumple zone integrity. I have had no problem with how far it sticks out.

Gauth04WJ has 305/70/17 MTR with 4.5" backspaced wheels.
I would recommend going with a 16" wheel and getting 305-75-r16
