LOL that happened to me today! The existing ruts I was pretty sure were deeper than the stock suspension would clear so I went down into the creek just like that pic shows......THEN I got to the bottom and of course I slipped into the old existing ruts but luckily for me I had enough forward momentum so that I was able to muscle through it without too much of an issue. My buddy who was in his little 4wd Toy-ota pickup didn't have quite as good luck as I did. Sorry, no pics.

Of course I'm a ******* for doing that though because I don't have any tow hooks front or rear and I don't have a receiver hitch either so if I got stuck I was completely screwed. I guess the next item ought to be tow hooks at least. This nice recovery strap I've got from my other truck doesn't do any good at all if I have nothing to connect it to...

Yeah I ended up falling into those ruts on the way down, dragged like no other all the way down, skid too it all though thankfully, Kept the momentum up once I hit the bottom and blew through all of the muddy soupy **** at the bottom and made it up the hill in one go, stock suspension and All-Weather tires. WJ ftw!

- Call Kolak- He will hook you up.
Check out Stillen Cross-Drilled, that's what I am rocking now- love them.
Also, take a look at DBA (out of Australia) but they are pretty far backordered

Just measured on level garage floor. 24" hub to fender front and 22.5 rear.

Maybe I'll throw my BB in the rear.

I'll def. do that. You know, of all things I've seen on this forum the name Kolak keeps coming up so I can only assume that this is a highly trusted person......Once I get the $$ to get some new rotors I'll be giving him a call for sure. Now if he could only get me a set of BFG A/T KOs for the low low price of FREE then he'd be my best friend in the whole wide world LOL

And for the sake of honesty, when I put my new cheapo pads on the other day I didn't bother to get the rotors turned like I should have because for one I knew they wouldn't turn them due to the rust in the vent holes and they are probably too thin to be turned but money is tight as a well diggers arse right now so I just have to wait for a while. Hell I'm running on some half bald street tires since I got this new 4wd jeep but I'm holding off because I don't want to get cheap A/Ts (Unless they're cheap BFGs) so I'm waiting until I've got the $$$$ for them and/or there are some better deals on a set of 5 (spare included)
