guess i should update this thread - now has 35's and JK Rubi axles. here's some shots with the 35's, but no good pics with the JK axles yet (even though they are only 1 3/4" wider, you can see the difference):
my 2000 4.7 - stock wheels and everything except sides debadged, removed roof rack and magnaflow muffler (will replace it with flowmaster 50 suv soon). already ordered smoked LED tails and black 20x9 srt8 rims.

Very minor trimming was needed in the front so that I could have full range of motion for steering. Small portion of front bumper needed to come off at the bottom. The plastic strips that go along the stock rocker panels had to come off so that some metal could come off behind the front tire. More trimming may be needed eventually for full flex.
