WJ flatland 4x4 bumper

Built this and mounted it up today, looks awesome!!! powder coating tomorrow. Flatland 4x4 drawing, love it!!

The mounts flatland puts out are kind of wonky so designed my own that utilize 8, 1/2 in bolts and nuts on each side.

It has a big gap under the light because its not bolted down tight and adjusted. The gap is gone when its tightened, but i need to take it off to powder coat so didnt tighten it down all the way.

plans were 35, metal was 115$( the shop that cut the parts out gave me their cost) and 100 to cut it out. Powder coating and welding is free from a buddy i know. so 250$ total plus or minus some grinding pads and welding wire. Oh and a 1/2 case of corona for the welding freind lol

Nice what size lift and tires and can you show us how you changed the mounts.

I have also heard those stick on chrome vents from Walmart add like 75+ HP..

I think they used a torch table to cut it out, came out sweet tho! It can get plasma cut or laser cut or if u can decipher the cad drawings u can cut it with a angle grinder.

The only issue is your front drive shaft configuration; make sure it has U-joints on both ends versus what looks like a CV joint
