you can make rounded corners with a press brake with the right tooling

Best bet is make a box insert to go inside the frame rails, it's 3x4 if I recall..
Then sandwich plates on the outside for support.

I think the mount will come off the bottom where the factory tow hooks mount but I will be making a 3/16" sandwich plate

For a winch and recovery points, I would overbuild "just in case"

sorry 3/16" for the top of the sandwich plate the bottom where everthing is going to mount to is going to be 1/2"

Any one that has a winch bumper how far do you have yours comming out it looks like I to come out about 7" to fit a winch.

The plate that my winch bolts to is about 8.25" wide

TBH for those looks I'd buy it/make it & run it without a winch, until I could afford one. Even it you didn't want one it looks awesome!
