Hey guys, I know this is a long shot but I thought I would try. I am looking at building a bumper for my WJ and I was wondering if any one had drawing for this? .dwg .dxf

Flatland4x4.com sells plans in any file format for $30.00. Good luck...

That looks like the impossible to get now LCR bumper. Kevin's Offroad was supposed to start producing them or Protofab was going to, but neither has made any progress in forever on actually producing said bumper. It's one of the best designs in my opinion due to its lower weight and radiator support protection that most bumpers seem to forget about.

If you have an HD CNC cut table, naturally i assume you're a fabricator of some sort... What prevents you from adapting the flatland bumper plan to make it look/work like that one?

Trying to just shorten then time to make a one off bumper. Flat land is the wrong angles and tone for it if I am going to redesign it I might as well start from scratch.

I will start another thread for it and link it to this one, BTW are all winches on the same standard mounting? I have a custom Built winch I made so I am sure mine is different than every one else unless they have a Alexander winch. It will pull a little over 11,500 LBS (Snapped 5/16" 7x19) on it.

I'm pretty sure the majority have a standard mounting bolt pattern... I'd have to do some research to know what it is though.

I don't know how much of a hurry you are in, but I am working on a design myself that I went off of the LSR Incline winch bumper but added my own touches to. I am still working the kinks out and plan to sell the CAD plans for it after I finish my first bumper. Here's the link to my thread: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f310/...esign-2325985/

I haven't started drawling it yet but I found a lower rad support I like better now. Pulling the bumper tonight design it bassed off mounting points and where I can make the brackets for the D rings connect right to the frame with some fancy cutting of course
