Have you filled the freon? I thought mine was screwed up. I had it "filled" and it still didn't work. They didn't fill it enough. I had a buddy with refrigeration equipment check it out for me and it needed more. I would start there.

The issue is in the subject: the fan is working yet no air is coming out. Not in ac mode nor while in heat mode.
Not that the car is not equipt with multi zone.
something is blocking the air. I hope I don't have to disassemble the whole dashboard.
Please advice.

Recirc door is broken. Pull the fan out and feel around in there, it should be loose.

X2. Pull glove box off then shine a flashlight up in the upper right hand corner. With the vehicle on press the recirc button and see if the door moves.

Just a short update . indeed it was the recircu door.
I fixed in place without taking the dash apart.
Now it is fixed on internal mode only.
I prefer it this way.
Thanx for the diagnosis!!!
