Check your alignment and balance first, make sure those are on. Death wobble can be caused by bad bushings in LCA's/UCA's, bad track bar bushings, heck....pretty much anything in the front end. Make yourself a checklist and jack up the vehicle by the frame and use a prybar to start manipulating things. check for large amounts of movement and replace the parts as necessary. Sry I cant be much help, but there is just too many things that can be associated with death wobble.

I have the IRO 6.5" citical path lift and that itself got rid of my problem with death wobble I had prior when I had a 2" BB lift.I also put a large drop pitman arm.

The mechanic that works on my WJ said this pitman arm was important to solving the DW problems I had.

Well he was right in that it DID SOLVE the DW problem "I" had.He wasnt speaking about anyone elses.

This was the last thing he tried after a year or two of dealing with it (new tires, alignment, bushinges,Kevins DW eliminator shocks, etc, etc,) and I have had absolutely NO death wobble in almost 2 + years now.

Go figure.

Unless you and your mechanic confused bumpsteer for DW, a new drop pitman arm did not fix, cure, or have anything to do with your DW. Only exception being that you replaced the pitman arm rod end while you were at it and it was worn.

pitman ares should ONLY be changed in order to parrellelize the trac bar and drag link

get an alignment done, it will need more caster, factory specs will do, get it done by someone who understands jeep suspensions
