So, a couple of months ago after I got rear-ended I had planned on doing a lift/tires but then I needed to buy another car that got better gas mileage.. well it turns out I don't need the car, so I'm selling it and all said and done I should have roughly a grand to do some things to the Jeep.
I found a good deal through a buddy on some Terra Grapplers. I'm trying to get hold of a gentleman here on JF who was going to help me get some 3.73 axles and get that done. I'd also like to do some sort of lift, but I'm not gonna have much to work with. I've got 200k+ on my springs, so really I think new isos, springs and shocks. Not sure what that might cost me and I've backed out on Kolak like three times so I'm afraid to bother him again (the joy of being a family man with responsibilities that aren't the Jeep!)
Also, I gotta tackle the upper control arms on this beast, too...but those are cheap.
Just thinkin out loud! Hope ya'll had a good weekend! I played guitar for some gospel music at a church this weekend which was an ALL NEW experience for me....but fun!
