Wj will not start

Please help. 2003 Grand Cherokee 2.7 diesel. Good battery, all fuses ok. Heater blower, and indicators not working. When I try to start it, the dashboard instument lights up as normal but not even a click from the starter, totally dead. Headlights are bright and all other electrics working apart from the above? Battery was checked a couple of weeks ago due to poor cold starting. Could this be ECU? Any advice appreciated, thanks

Do the dash lights go out immediately when you try to start? Could possibly be starter as well. Went through this myself early this year with the starter.

When my starter went out, it made a single click "sometimes" I bet it's starter
