Why does my 04 GC have teeves brake calipers?

I couldn't find an answer to this but I'm almost positive my 04 laredo has teeves calipers. I thought they weren't on GC's after 2002. Had to replace my caliper last week

Rear calipers were never changed from Teves. Are you concerned about the front or rear?

Oh, it was a teves rear caliper that I had to change out. A dealer did it for me so im not sure about the pistons but its has the visible wire clips on the caliper, atleast the rear one.
